We knew what we w We had a very positive new car sales experience with Hibbing Chrysler Center (HCC), working directly with the sales manager: Dwyre. We knew what we wanted and he was able to quickly put together a factory order to get the exact Jeep model built for us with the specific accessories we wanted. He kept us informed on the progress and sent a picture of the car on the truck when it came in--talk about building excitement. We just took the Jeep back to the HCC for its first oil changed and a minor factory recall and were pleasantly surprised with the speed of the work and even more surprised at the cost. HCC is now our dealer of choice and the while there is another Chrysler dealer closer to our home, we'll make the drive to Hibbing when we need service or our next vehicle. More

This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from the Chrysler center, and I have yet to be disappointed in the service from the salesman or the service we receive after the sale with the Service Department alway center, and I have yet to be disappointed in the service from the salesman or the service we receive after the sale with the Service Department always a friendly and courteous group of people. Once we drove into the lot, Dan was out asking us what we were looking for, we told him and he got us the keys and we were test driving literally in minutes. We drove a Chrysler 200 and then the Dodge Dart. Both were very nice cars, but we kind of had our sights set on the Dart. We already own a 2010 Challenger and a 2006 Ram 1500 so the Dodge Dart fits in our stable. Dan was fun to talk to and deal with, he wasted no time lining everything up for us and all was "no pressure". We also had a great experience with Sheldon, he was kind and courteous and had us in and out very quickly. We were also able to buy an extended warranty for our 06 Ram. Thanks to Dan and Sheldon for their service to us and treating us so well, we will be buying our next truck from Hibbing Chrysler Center! More
