I had been researching BMWs & went to Hi-Line based on a recommendation from a friend. Phil asked a few questions then suggested several cars for us. I told him I had yet to drive one and he was quic on a recommendation from a friend. Phil asked a few questions then suggested several cars for us. I told him I had yet to drive one and he was quick to get me behind the wheel of a 535i, warning me I would be spoiled once I did. He was right & we struck a deal as they were closing for the day. We did not feel rushed or pressured in the least. The next day, an unpredictable problem with the engine occured. I took the vehicle back to Hi-Line and was informed a bearing had failed in one of the turbo chargers & not to worry that they would take care of it. They included a warranty with the vehicle and replaced both turbo chargers instead of just the bearing all at no cost to me! I was provided the paperwork detailing the repairs performed at the local BMW dealership. The only complaint I had was that I was not being kept informed about the repair in a timely manner. In hindsight, I should not have worried as they took care of everything and even offered to bring me a loaner car to drive while mine was in the repair shop for appx 1 week. It was one of those freaky things no one could have predicted would happen, but unfortunately it did, but fortunately Hi-Line took care of me. More

Our experience with Hi-Line Garage was great. We first saw the vehicle we eventually purchased online. The website was easy to navigate and had lots of pictures. Once we decided on the vehicle we made the trip twice once to get an initial test drive and then a second time to actually purchase the vehicle. Phil was very professional and answered all our questions. The entire staff was friendly and we were able to agree on a purchase price that we were both comfortable with. We will definitely recommend Hi-Line Garage to anyone we know that is looking for a vehicle. It was well worth the drive. More

The thought of dealing with high-pressure sales was the last thing I wanted to do. The salesman was attentive and patient and really listened. He helped me balance my wants with my needs to not only pick out the best vehicle for me and my family, but made sure it fit perfectly into my budget. Throughout the process I felt that he was truly interested in getting me into the right vehicle and not just interested in selling a car. My entire perception of used car dealers has changed based on the true customer service I received from Hi-Line Garage. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. More
Phil was great! He answered all of my questions. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he looked it up and found the answer for me. Okay so we have been doing a lot car shopping lately. Have been to numerous dealers in town and since I am interested in a Saab, we decided to check this place out. I guess our sales person was relatively new which is okay but it would have been nice to have questions answered a little better. This is where things went badly. We asked to look at the inside of the car. The guy asked us inside and asked a few questions about me, etc. He got a copy of my license since I asked to test-drive the car. After a few more questions about what we wanted to trade in, the guy left for a moment. When he came back, he kept asking more questions. He even outright asked my husband if we were going to buy today. I have to admit at this point I got annoyed. I mean, I hadn't even seen the inside of the car yet. I simply said I would really like to see the inside of the car before we answered anymore questions. The guy said okay in an annoyed way and he unlocked it and we headed outside. He went and got another guy to come out with him. His name was Phil. He let us know that the guy who was helping us (Btw, I don't know his name because he never introduced himself) was new and so he was coming to help him out. First thing he asked was when we were looking to buy and I let him know it would be within the next 30 days. The guy immediately said well this may not be here in 30 days and I said that I had a few specific cars on my list to check out. The 9-3 is one I am most definitely interested in but I have yet to drive one and wanted to get a feel for the car before making a final decision. This is where things got really bad. He pretty much in a nutshell said that they don't allow their high end vehicles to be test-driven unless someone is planning to buy. Thing was, I am planning to buy. And get this, it was a car with a $15,000 price tag. We aren't talking about a $50,000 car. I brought that up and he pretty much said that they wouldn't let me drive it. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. My husband was angry at this point and I was flabbergasted. We went to leave and as we left, I looked at him and that they had lost good business. HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME! And said in a very sarcastic tone "I bet we did." I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! AND IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN, I WOULD AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE! More
