When I first looked into Hi-Line Garage I was skeptical of the quality their cars may be in for the prices they offered, not to mention apprehensive of doing business as an out of town buyer for a car I ha of the quality their cars may be in for the prices they offered, not to mention apprehensive of doing business as an out of town buyer for a car I have never seen. That being said, ALL my worries were put to rest. Nick and his staff were amazing. Never pushy, never dismissive of my questions and ALWAYS helpful and attentive. The no haggle process was great. They took care of EVERYTHING as I was an out of town buyer. When my car arrived, I took it directly to INFINITI, as any smart car buyer would and take their car to their respective dealership. INFINITI of Mobile said that this car had one of the BEST pre-delivery maintenance jobs they had seen. There were no hidden problems, nothing needed to be done. Just normal mileage maintenance that Infiniti suggests. The car was exactly what they promised. I Highly recommend using this dealership. They will work with you in every way they can. You will not be disappointed. More
Met with Robbie, whom wasted quite a bit of our valuable Saturday time. Robbie would not let us test drive the 2 cars we liked for some reason. Cars in general seemed to be OK, but when looked at closely had quite a few scratches, chips, wheel dings, interior surface peeling issues,... I will avoid this place in the future due to the just-OK quality cars and terrible sales staff. More

First, let me start off by saying I was a little reluctant/hesitant to purchase a vehicle from anyone without "laying eyes" on it, myself. This was my first online vehicle purchase so I was a bit apprehensive. However, I relied on a good friend who lives in Charlotte. He had only positive things to say about the car, and staff. I also did my homework and relied on your ratings from BBB (A+), and a phone conversation with one of your previous customers who lives in NC. He told me he purchased 2 BMW's from you, as well. He left his name and number in his testimonial. Thanks! After seeing this particular Cadillac CTS Coupe, I knew this was the one I wanted. I spoke with Phil who took my initial inquiry then he passed me on the Nick who closed the deal. Both guys were courteous and helpful, even when I "haggled" Nick with the interest rate!!! All in all, I am pleased with the purchase, and I gave you the rating I did because you guys were courteous, didn't pressure me to purchase anything, but was "in it", for the sale, which was appropriate. You are first on my list for my next purchase as well, and I've already recommended you to one of my colleagues at work. Even, when the car was delivered, the delivery drivers sang your praises. I went to this dealership to look at an Audi Q7 3.6 they had on the lot but changed my mind when I saw and test drove a Mercedes-Benz R350 and that began my fantastic experience! I had the pleasure of working with Nick Pennick he was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, accommodating and treated me with respect. I traded in a Land Rover LR3 SE, that had been well maintained and got a good price for it. They do have a no-haggle pricing system. Very pleasant and comfortable facility, the other sales associates, appraisers and customer service business staff enhanced the pleasant experience. Kudos to Hi-Line Garage and kudos to Nick for really going out of their way to help me have a good car buying experience. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely go back to Hi-Line Garage and hope I can send more customers to Nick. So, I drove off the lot loving my new car. After an extensive search for what we wanted, my wife and I drove our BMW 325I from Leesburg, VA to Hi-Line Garage in Charlotte, NC. We ended up purchasing a 2008 BMW M5 along with trading the 3 series. Th I drove our BMW 325I from Leesburg, VA to Hi-Line Garage in Charlotte, NC. We ended up purchasing a 2008 BMW M5 along with trading the 3 series. The price on the M5 was fantastic, however, they fell way short on the trade in value for the 325I. As well, the M5 to our surprise, had a Non Heads up display aftermarket windshield that had been installed. This caused a double image in the heads up display. Hi-Line Garage would NOT make this good and denied they had installed it or that they noticed anything in the display. They even suggested that we drive the six hours down there so they could look at it...(not likely). It ended up costing us over $1000 to replace the windshield. With their non-interest in supporting their customers, or stand behind the vehicles after they slam dunk you into a vehicle, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't blame Phillip Kirkpatrick, he was great as a sales person and probably should be at a BMW dealership. He definetley has the knowledge and skills required. It's the Management team there who is missing the boat on customer service. Peter and Laura More

They were so easy to work with, they are upfront, and honest, and do not come up with any hidden fees. They are not pushy, they are very kind and give you plenty of time to make up your mind. I got the car of my "DREAMS" and they made it affordable!!! A C300 White Mercedes 4Matic. They should change their name to something to reflect their upscale dealership... for ex: HI-LINE AUTO SALES - instead of garage, because this dealer is definiately high class. More
