I was given plenty of time to look over any and every vehicle without pressure or without someone shadowing me. Once I decided on a car to look closer at, Nick was exceptional at answering questions, providing info, and allowed a very "spirited" test drive. Once I made the decision to purchase, the paperwork was minimal. In fact, paperwork from start to finish took about 20 minutes! They even gave me more than I expected for my trade-in vehicle.
