As easy as it gets After a bit of online shopping, I found this car on AutoTrader.com. I called early on Saturday morning. Bryan, with a Y, answered the phone. I told hi After a bit of online shopping, I found this car on AutoTrader.com. I called early on Saturday morning. Bryan, with a Y, answered the phone. I told him which vehicle I was interested in. He took my number and promptly called back to confirm availability since we were driving two hours to Charlotte. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and turned over to Bryan. We were offered refreshment and a chance to stretch before getting down to business. The car was ready to be shown and test driven. After the test drive, we got down to paperwork. The No Haggle Pricing made the experience very pleasant and not stressful at all. Rob walked us through the financing process and again, very easy to deal with. The one issue that came up was the pictures of the car online showed a hitch receiver but it had been taken off. After the deal was made, Bryan took the car to have the receiver reinstalled. There was only one key fob when the car was taken in on trade. Bryan contacted the previous owner and is working to get it and send it to us. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. As a matter of fact, my wife has plans to work with these guys when she gets ready to purchase her next ride. More

It was ok This was my first experience in a dealership in awhile so I wasn't quite sure to expect. My representative was nice, but nothing extraordinary. I walked in the store with an objective to purchase a car, but left empty-handed. I received the basic information on a car I was interested in, however when I went right down the street to another dealership, I was treated like royalty. They were definitely interested in me purchasing a car. We sat and crunched actual numbers, they gave me the walk through with the car, offered me a test drive, and even gave me OTHER options. I came in both stores with the objective of buying an Audi, however now I'm conflicted with an Audi and Acura because at the other dealership he REALLY sold me BOTH cars. Not sure where I will go now. But the guy was nice. More
