Straight forward and super simple to work with I had done my research & knew what I wanted even down the to the color scheme. I traveled 7 hours (one way) to pick up my car and from the moment I left the house Brian Richardson made sure everything was taken care of. We originally went with our local bank but Rob and Greg with the financing department got us a better rate and took care of everything for us. I love the photos and the website-- that's what brought me in for the most part. What I saw online was exactly what I saw on the lot. The only con I have was originally the person working with us seemed super busy and didn't provide the best of attention to us-- granted we were not buying a $70K car. Thankfully we met Brian who was a much better fit for us and he even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. More
