With Jantzen's help I was able to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted and although I could have gone somewhere else to get it, i chose Hi Line because of his personality, knowledge and sales acumen. After driving it for 15 years, it was time for a new one, so the search began. I wish I would’ve left and took my business elsewhere. My husband didn’t want to do business with them from the moment we waited 30min for someone to even approach us. I felt trapped after my credit was pulled after having my credit union approve me of a purchase! It was so unnecessary, but they do anything for commission including lie! The website absolutely does not state that you are not allowed to test drive a vehicle unless you go through a credit application process. Nor did the salesman convey this over the phone! Disgusting practice, pandemic or not. Then after only haven the car less than 6 wks & less than 2000 miles driven, the B21 service light came on. I called and spoke with the unhelpful manager who stated to me he’s been driving a Benz for 24 years. xxx does that has to do with anything?? I’m trying to figure out why this entire experience have to be so Trash ! More
