Great experience working with Tony, Randy and the team. Everyone was very professional. Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and answered all the questions we had. Drove 90 minutes and waited for an hour for someone to help us. Bought the car - they didn’t fill it with gas, didn’t clean it, no owners manual on a 2021, and only 1 set of keys. Rich helped me today with buying a car after my last Mercedes died. He was awesome! Super friendly and very informative. I had my last car for 7 years and a lot has changed technology-wise and he shared Mercedes died. He was awesome! Super friendly and very informative. Rob in the finance office helped me get the best deal with my payment and extended warranty. This is the second car I've bought from Hi-Line and I will keep coming back!
