Amazing People. My husband and I bought a car last Thursday, we are not leaving in Miami at this moment so we traveled from Louisiana to buy the car, when we got ther My husband and I bought a car last Thursday, we are not leaving in Miami at this moment so we traveled from Louisiana to buy the car, when we got there the sales person that my husband had spoken to on the phone Pedro Artola came right away to welcome us, the car was not ready because it had a cracked on the windshield and the company that came to fix it brought the wrong windshield and they said that we could go back the next day, but the Pedro spoke with the manager, Mr. John Bonilla and he called the company and told them that he was sending the car with an associate for them to do the job because we needed the car for that day. These people are fantastic, it was a long wait but it was worth it. I had a conference call for work, i spoke to Mr. Bonilla to see if there was a quiet place for me to have the conference call and he found me a space in a few seconds were i was not disturb. All the sales associates are so friendly and have wonderful customer service skills, it is a great environment to work and a pleasant place to go purchase a vehicle, they go above and beyond to please all their customers, and it is difficult to find a business like that in Miami now a days. Thank you to the new sales girl, im sorry i don't remember her name, i think is Laura, to Kenneth, Steffano, Alexis, Ariel who took my car to the company to get my windshield fixed, to Mr. Pedro Artola, great sales agent, to Mr. John Bonilla for being so great and asking us always if there was anything that we needed, and everyone else that works there but i didn't catch their names, keep up the good work, you guys are fantastic. Accident Damage Not Disclosed I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge with 6k miles for 30k. After one month the driver's door became loose. The Ford dealer told me the car had been in accide I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge with 6k miles for 30k. After one month the driver's door became loose. The Ford dealer told me the car had been in accident and both doors on the left side had been replaced. They do not close correctly and there is constant noise through the door, They never told me. Never disclosed the car had been in accident. They also advertise 2.5% financing which isn't attainable. They are not willing to renegotiate the price of the car or give me a complete refund. Their response is, "You signed the contract." More
