Transparency and Assurance with Flexibility I had a great experience with Patrick. We were able to locate and identify the best deal for me. We spent time with the car I found on CarGuru. I fe I had a great experience with Patrick. We were able to locate and identify the best deal for me. We spent time with the car I found on CarGuru. I felt listened to as I described my current perspective on life and the car I was looking for. Patrick and I both noticed a noise and coming from the car. He took the initiative to communicate with the rest of the team there to get the car sent to the car brand dealer repair to address the issue. He also recommended to look at other options such as different model cars in my price range. We were able to get to a great solution and at this point waiting for my car to come back. I felt I was at a point where I am able to trust the we are working together to take care of each other. Thanks for the help. More

PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY WRITE DOWN AND YOU GET COPY OF EVERYTH I bought a BWM on April/2 and they were supposed to replace my tires for a new ones because literally they were about to get flat. So they told me tha I bought a BWM on April/2 and they were supposed to replace my tires for a new ones because literally they were about to get flat. So they told me that they were going to replace them for free. He said we will have them on the dealer by next Wednesday ... after two weeks I call service because I was still waiting for they to call me and they told me that they didn’t have anything on system so I stop by and ask personally. They said that the lost the paper and made me a new one saying that they will replace with used tires when originally was supposed to be new tires. They gave me an appointment for today after almost two months and replace them with used tires. I’m very disappointed and they are just full of lies. More
