My Experience with Dayron I had an appointment with Dayron today to see a Volvo XC60. Upon arrival, my family and I was greeted by Dayron, whom already had the vehicle I was interested in ready for us to see and take for a test drive. Dayron was very professional, knowledgable, attention to details, friendly, caring, and willingness to help no matter what. I cannot say enough about my first experience dealing with him and the dealership. I have visited the Volvo dealership few days ago, and did not receive the type of help and attention as I got from Dayron. At Volvo, my family and I had to asked for help, and also had to wait over 40 minutes before someone came over to offer us assistance. Dayron was on top of things from the beginning to the end. Even though we couldn’t sealed the deal today because of me; Dayron still continue to help without giving us any attitudes or blowing us off. I will not go back to Volvo and I will continue to work with Dayron until we find the exact features I need in the car.
