Highly disappointed I online chatted with Andre ? about the vehicle I wanted to test drive. He said the vehicle was available and we scheduled a test drive for 9 a.m. Sat I online chatted with Andre ? about the vehicle I wanted to test drive. He said the vehicle was available and we scheduled a test drive for 9 a.m. Saturday morning. Upon arrival we were greated by a young man whose name i didn't get, but he was quite nice. Andre was not available, so the young man left to retrieve the vehicle, only to discover it was in the shop and would not be available for 5 days. We left. There was nothing left to discuss. Both my husband and I have very busy schedules and our time is valuable. I cant explain the disappointment I felt at that time discovering Andre never took the time to see if the vehicle was really available. However, I checked with H-Greg 1 in Doral, made a test drive appointment for later on Saturday. We were treated like royalty and purchased an even better vehicle at that location. More

Finance I was not pleased with the level of customer service displayed by the finance manager that handled my deal. I asked what the buy rate was from the ban I was not pleased with the level of customer service displayed by the finance manager that handled my deal. I asked what the buy rate was from the bank and if I could see it for transparency and he refused. I asked how many points he added to the rate and his response was allusive at best. As a consumer I want to know I’m getting the best rate possible and left feeling frustrated. The sales process was ok, aside for having to wait 30 minutes to see the vehicle of interest. The car came with no floor mats, one set of keys and barely a quarter tank of gas upon delivery. A full tank of gas at the very least should have been given to me considering I had to commute to Lake Worth. More
