Complete Fraud!!!!Bought a car on January 28th, a Complete Fraud!!!! Bought a car on January 28th, a Toyota Corolla 2015 and the sales rep showed a supposed clean Carfax and the ad on the car was s Complete Fraud!!!! Bought a car on January 28th, a Toyota Corolla 2015 and the sales rep showed a supposed clean Carfax and the ad on the car was supposed to be a “S Plus”, and the car actually is an “L” trim level (base). Well, the car had a severe accident on 2016 and the trim level is totally different from the one they offered, completely dissapointed!!!! Never buy a car from this dealership, worst ever. PS: I have called more than 20 times and they put me on hold and never call back, I suppose the manager is extremely busy... More

Very poor customer service!! I purchased a Lexus from them and literally the next day the display screen keeps rebooting Over and over again, so I went back over there and they told me to come the next m them and literally the next day the display screen keeps rebooting Over and over again, so I went back over there and they told me to come the next morning because the service department was close. I went there the next morning and they told me to leave my car with them and they’ll contact me and let me know what’s going on. It’s been two days and I still haven’t heard from them.I called twice and they keep telling me the same thing “we’ll give you a call back” and still no call!! So right now I’m completely clueless about what’s going on with my car More
