I have always been so leery of taking my car to a dealership for anything. I decided to go to Heyward Allen for an oil change and an inspection of my brakes after somewhere else had told me I needed dealership for anything. I decided to go to Heyward Allen for an oil change and an inspection of my brakes after somewhere else had told me I needed new ones. I figured I was just another number to them or they would try to make me pay for something I didn't really need, but I was wrong. When the service tech, Ashley Murray, came inside and sat down to explain I had plenty of wear left on my brakes and assured me they were in perfect working order, I felt relieved. It's great to find a dealership that cares about me, the customer, not just money in their pocket. Not to mention theoil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time even though they had quite a few customers there. I trust Heyward Allen and will continue to use them in the future. More
