This dealership is simply the best dealership I've ever worked with. Everybody from service to sales to parts goes above and beyond for the customers here. It's such a pleasure to be able to come here and be greeted by several employees who know me by name and not a just another customer. I've worked with all the service staff at some point or another. Brett self and Scott Tackabury are my normal advisors and they do a incredible job. They both make sure you are well taken care of and are a joy to work with. I will always do business here I recommend yall to anyone I know. I want to say thanks for all yall do to make every experience feel like your part of the team keep up the great work. When it comes time for me to trade for another car I always use David Mccoy he is just as great and easy to work with. These folks are just some of the great team at the dealership. Three years later, I feel I was lied to We had a wonderful experience purchasing a Toyota Prius. I would do it again and wrote a positive review when it was done. At the time of purchase, We had a wonderful experience purchasing a Toyota Prius. I would do it again and wrote a positive review when it was done. At the time of purchase, we were offered an extended warrant to 100,000 miles and understood that it included mainenance. We NEVER buy extended warranties, but after calculating the cost of maintenance IN THE PRESENCE of the finance manager, we decided that this would be worth our money. Today, when I called to ask the finance manager whom I should call for additional service coupons, we were told that this was the typical expensive extended warranty, no maintenance included. We would have never spent $2000 on what has been determined by all responsible consumer protection agencies to be junk if we had been corrected as we discussed the only reason we would possibly purchase it. I will buy a Prius again from David. It's a great car and he was most helpful. I will never, ever, ever buy a service warranty from Heyward Allen again and will forever distrust their finance department. More
I received very good service from the Collision Center. Don Ransom and Adam May went the extra mile to provide me with a positive customer experience. During the collision service on my 2000 Volvo, Don and Adam took many steps to help insure my satisfaction. For example, Don met me at the shop on a Saturday even though the shop is closed on Saturday. Don and Adam worked closely with my insurance company to help me prevent the automobile from being classified as a total loss. The work performed by the Heyward Allen team appears to be exceptional body repair work. I am comfortable that Don and Adam will take care of any follow on service required associated with the collision repair. I will recommend Heyward Allen Collision Center to anyone who asks. - Mike Sanders More

After working with several toyota dealerships i ended up at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as nee at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as needed to listen to my concerns... after he took my car in it was less than an hour my car was returned to me fixed.... after 2 years and 3 dealers it was fixed and on top of that. it was free.. turns out it was a simple adjustment of my roof rack...
