Rico Mack was my service manager when I recently took my 2020 Highlander in for service. He was attentive, courteous and other good adjective I can think of. I was told my wiper blades needed immediate attention. It stated on the multi-point inspection that the front wiper blades and back wiper blades failed. I questioned the service technician at the checkout counter and he stated the wiper blades failed and were recommended to be replaced because of my mileage. WHAT. This is ridiculous. Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens Service Department is scamming people. Telling their customers they need things replaced that they don't. Now I'm wondering if the filters they replaced for me actually needed to be replaced. My trust in this service department is gone. More
