Poor customer service and poor ethics…Appointment for Poor customer service and poor ethics… Appointment for standard oil change. Paid $60 in January. Had a coupon for $40. Arrive at appointment, se Poor customer service and poor ethics… Appointment for standard oil change. Paid $60 in January. Had a coupon for $40. Arrive at appointment, service rep said oil change is $100 bc of inflation. Told them $40+ in inflation in less than a year is not realistic. Explained I had a coupon but left at home, do they have any way of honoring the coupon/deal… they said no. Drive back home, get the coupon and pay $40. I usually paid $38 for my oil change, the funny part today I went to the cashier she was charging me almost $100 I asked her why, she said prices went up. This is my third visit, first was ok, second they wrecked my truck ($5,000. Damage), this time I had an appointment, they had my truck all day but were unable to even get it into the shop.
