The battery on our Prius died today. We called Heyward Allen to decipher all the messages that were flashing on the dash display. The service area was quite busy, but our car was fixed and ready for us by 5:30. We were extremely pleased with this excellent service. More

Stopped to make appt for warranty work. Was told I had to call for appt. walked out to truck and made appt by phone. Went back in to see if they had the part. Appt was today. 2 hours after truck taken into shop was told they don’t have part and make another appt for later after they get part. I live 75 minutes from Athens. 3 trips for what they tell me is 35 minutes work to repair. Need a better system. Especially with $3.80 gas. More

Had an appointment at 9 am for 15,000 mile check up took 2 hours 20 minutes before car was completed. At 11 had. To ask what was taking so long. Lady went to check finally came back and said keys on service 2 hours 20 minutes before car was completed. At 11 had. To ask what was taking so long. Lady went to check finally came back and said keys on service person desk and would be right with me. Toyoto did take 50% ohh my bill for the delay which I appreciated. More
