Long waiting time for service. Maintenance Department extremely busy. Service appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am and maintenance plus transmission fluid replacement was not com Maintenance Department extremely busy. Service appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am and maintenance plus transmission fluid replacement was not completed until 3:30 pm. My suggestion is to provide customers with projected time of completion during initial check-in. That way customers can use the very convenient shuttle service to avoid sitting for long periods in waiting areas if service times exceed average projections. More

I had a highlander and I thought I had problems with it so I traded but I really didn’t I just didn’t understand the new system of it. So I traded and got a Rava and SL told me I would not like it and he w so I traded but I really didn’t I just didn’t understand the new system of it. So I traded and got a Rava and SL told me I would not like it and he was correct so I got another highlander and at 3,000 mile needed a new engine. They gave me ga car to drive but stupid me couldn’t wait a little longer for a highlander to come in. They had a 4 runner in stock and I decided to purchase it . I don’t understand all the in and out about trading. I am old and I have had 4Runner 6,300miles so I decided to see about trading they had a new highlander and stupid me traded and lost a lot. I traded a 4 runner limited for a xl highlander and paid extra to get leather seats. So I went from top to bottom and I feel so stupid that I owe more know than I did for the first highlander and when trading for the 4 runner I paid $8000 down. All I can say is I am stupid but I like SL and Cliff. I did this in less than a year ..if I had had my brother that pass away last year I would have never been so stupid. More
