I made an appt for a recall on airbags and after three and a half hours was told I needed another part because it was based on my vin number. I should have been told this in advance. I drove sixty miles to this dealership and now I have to come back. I was not happy especially after they said I needed more service. I could have given my vin number previous to the appt. They offered no restitution for my inconvenience. Now I have to wait on a call back when the part arrives. More
