From the time we were greeted at the door through the entire process everyone was nice and professional. Even those people who weren't involved with the purchase of the car. The price we agreed to over t entire process everyone was nice and professional. Even those people who weren't involved with the purchase of the car. The price we agreed to over the phone was exactly what we paid. Our salesperson was very thorough and worked very quickly to process our paperwork to get us through to finance. My only complaint was waiting over an hr for the finance person. It would have helped if we knew it would take a long time. It would have set our expectations. Overall, a great experience. More
