This was my first time purchasing anything more than $500. And to sum it all up, I was very impressed by how quickly James was able to help me get into a new car and how easy he made it. James was able to answer any question I had, and helped me out - even when I changed cars on you three times and caused him a little but of a headache (I'm sorry about that!). But even though it took him some extra time, he still made sure I had exactly what I wanted and was very flexible (even on his day off). James had a smile on your face every time I saw him and made me feel confident about my new purchase. James' help is/was greatly appreciated, and who knows - maybe I will have a reason to come back when my fiance's Dodge decides it wants to give up on life :) More
