Since my son was finishing basic training, there was a bit of a delay before he could see the truck and make a decision. Jerry agreed to hold the truck for several days, and my son made the purchase the day he got home. Marcus and John stayed very late that evening to process the paperwrk. Teresa then hand carried the tag application to the tag office, so my son could get his tag before reporting to his duty station. After working with several toyota dealerships i ended up at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as needed to listen to my concerns... after he took my car in it was less than an hour my car was returned to me fixed.... after 2 years and 3 dealers it was fixed and on top of that. it was free.. turns out it was a simple adjustment of my roof rack...
