After working with several toyota dealerships i ended up at Heyward Allen Toyota. because I had a long term issue I asked for the service manager. I was brought to Glenn brewer. He spent as much time as needed to listen to my concerns... after he took my car in it was less than an hour my car was returned to me fixed.... after 2 years and 3 dealers it was fixed and on top of that. it was free.. turns out it was a simple adjustment of my roof rack... This was my first time purchasing anything more than $500. And to sum it all up, I was very impressed by how quickly James was able to help me get into a new car and how easy he made it. James was able to answer any question I had, and helped me out - even when I changed cars on you three times and caused him a little but of a headache (I'm sorry about that!). But even though it took him some extra time, he still made sure I had exactly what I wanted and was very flexible (even on his day off). James had a smile on your face every time I saw him and made me feel confident about my new purchase. James' help is/was greatly appreciated, and who knows - maybe I will have a reason to come back when my fiance's Dodge decides it wants to give up on life :) More
