I had a very good experience buying my Corolla at Heyward Allen. My salesperson was helpful but not pushy. He worked with me to make the buying process quick and effortless. Marcus did not pressure me into making a purchase. I went in to see what my options were when it comes to comparing new or used options. Thank you for an all around awesome experience becausing purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful especially if salesman is under pressure to make a sale. The Hybrid Camry was the right choice for us giving us the mileage we have become accustomed to with the Prius and the luxury ride we wanted for road trips. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. More

went to toyota and bought a 06 passat that looked great and seemed to run great. salesman james said the car was 100%. had the car two days before i realized that was not at all true. check engine light ca and seemed to run great. salesman james said the car was 100%. had the car two days before i realized that was not at all true. check engine light came on so i carried it back and they told me they couldnt check the codes so i had to carry it to vw. needed water pump, thermostat,and a fuel pump. i was then told that that wasnt covered. but after reading through the warranty it was all in there. salesman said he hadnt read it before and didnt know. they had it three days said it was fixed. i got the car back and the same day the light came back on. took it back and they had it three more days . they said it was fixed and that i would have no more problems. i have now had it three days and the car will barely drive. light came back on and the car shakes like crazy and all i get from the dealer is railroaded. managers wont talk to me half the time and the othe half the time they seem like i am bothering them and my issue isnt important. i will never go back and i will never send anyone to this dealer. noone on staff seems to want to help and they all seem to be liars..!! More

He allowed me to walk away and wait until the time was right for me and still found the car I am now so exited and proud to be driving. He called me and told me that he had found a white one. It made all the difference in the world that he listened and followed up on it by himself. He makes me proud that I chose Heyward Allen and its excellent sales staff. The other staff seemed busy and did not always smile or nod, which was supprising because I was so happy. The service department seems to offer everything for comfort and I look forward to visiting at any time. More
