It was a pleasure working with Chris, Cliff, and Eli. Eli not only provided info on the car of my inquiry, but also suggested another vehicle for consideration. I bought that car! When we visited the dealership to test drive the car, we were cheerfully greeted at the door and Eli met us and introduced us to Chris, our salesperson. Chris was very pleasant and took care to point our particular features of the car before we began the test drive. Afterwords she assisted us with paperwork, along with Cliff who is responsible for me purchasing the extended warranty which I had not even considered! I am glad I did! We were not pressured to make a purchase (even though it was Nov 29!) and I really appreciate that. We drove 50 miles from Atlanta and the staff at Heyward Allen made the trip very worthwhile! More
A very pleasant experience. There was not the usual experience with the big mega car dealerships. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was totally pleased with the new car purchase experience at Heyward Allen. We drove several cars, decided to wait for the Prius V to come out, Sam Rivera kept us informed on the progress and ava experience at Heyward Allen. I visited this dealership about 6 months prior to my actual purchase. I liked the sales person that I dealt with but I was not in a position to buy yet. When I was ready to get my new car I went back to the dealership and asked specifically for Marcus because I had a good experience with him. He didnt try to sell me something I didn't want. He stood back and let me pick the car I wanted without trying to "upsell". I really hate buying cars - so much so that I had a massive headache and I was literally about to throw up. Marcus got me through it with a good price. In fact, some of the other sales staff talked to me a little about my fears. I had an extremely positive experience and I would buy another car from that dealership with no hesitation. More

My experience was fast, non-salesy, straight-forward, no xx. I did almost everything via email and on the phone and spent only about 20-30 minutes at the dealership. Marcus was on vacation when I called to ask about a used truck for my son. He called me immediately upon his return to get the details, and that very day, a truck that meets our needs was traded in. Marcus gave me a very fair price, expedied the credit application, and got the pre-qualification we needed. Since my son was finishing basic training, there was a bit of a delay before he could see the truck and make a decision. Jerry agreed to hold the truck for several days, and my son made the purchase the day he got home. Marcus and John stayed very late that evening to process the paperwrk. Teresa then hand carried the tag application to the tag office, so my son could get his tag before reporting to his duty station. The staff went out of their way to help us through every step of the buying prcess. This is the second purchase I have made at Heyward Allen, and it will not be the last. In the age of "no-customer-service" your staff is exceptional. More
