One of the best experiences we've had purchasing a new car - and we've purchased quite a few. David was low-key, not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in finding us a car to meet our needs. After dealing with several other dealerships that we were not pleased with, we went to Heyward Allen Toyota. Our salesman, S.L. Mitchell was not your typical salesman type. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and didn't try any usual salesman tricks or tactics. Although we did not have any personal experience with the management, I feel that they were reasonable people to work with us as we were negotiating a deal through S.L. S.L. did go above and beyond to make a deal with us. I know we got a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase and the price we got. Even after our purchase, S.L. has been great with contacting us to make sure that we have everything we need. Our experience at this dealership and with our salesman, S.L. definitely exceeded our expectations.
