Saw the Tundra on the internet, sent request for more informnation and Rachel, very politely answered my request. Being such a long ride Rachel assured me the truck would be able to "GO", and it was. Since she was off, I met Bill Cooper - what can I say about Bill. The nicest car salesman I have EVER dealt with , (and I am 1 years old nad have bought numerous cars and trucks in my life). Bill Cooper is an asset to your dealership, and again was proud to have had the chance to meet him and do business with Bill. Rachel had assured me that if I drove all the way and liked the truck, I would drive it home - I had already been approved for the financing with my credit union. I bought the truck to pull my new travel trailer. I needed the trailer brake removed and again, Rachel had told me that would be no issue. WELL, when I drove to service, like Bill had told me to do the two guys were more worried as to who was going to pay for the removal than they were customer service. It went back and forth for a few minutes and finally Bill (upset at them)told them to bill it to the used car lot and complete the work. While I was in the finance office the youg fellow brought me the brake assist. I then realized they undid 2 screws and the asist simply "plugged" into the dash.. Took longer to figure out who was going to pay for the service than it did to remove it. Anyway, I finished in finance, met Bill Cooper again, waiting for me to finish, a gentleman handshake and AGAIN thanking me for my business and I was off to Canton. I am a full commission salesman, so I know how important customer service is to you and my company and I appreciate this time to brag on Bil;l and Rachel. By the way I LOVE MY TUNDRA!!!!!!! Overall experience was great. This is our 3rd RAV4 purchased from Heyward Allen. The price was given a (4) good, rather than (5) great since our first choice was to purchase the vehicle using the pro purchased from Heyward Allen. The price was given a (4) good, rather than (5) great since our first choice was to purchase the vehicle using the promotional 0% interest for up to 60 months and we expected a price in line (or at least in the ball park) with my internet research from two different internet entities. The lowest price quoted was approx $2800 more than my internet research. We decided to accepted a lease and are very happy with the vehicle delivery and preparation and, if our previous experience is an indication, we expect really great service from the vehicle and the dealership.
