My experience with my first purchase was so good that I drove all the way back from my current home in Charlotte, NC just to buy from him again. As before, David was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the fact that he was neither pushy nor overbearing during either my first or second buying process. The ultimate decision on the vehicles was mine, and he let me come to it at my pace. I felt that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle for ME. I chose to go with the 2012 Corolla, since I had enjoyed my previous Corolla so much. I was offered great pricing and a finance deal that gave me lower payments than on my previous, pre-owned car. David and Team also offered me a fantastic service by handling the registration process for my home state. All in all, my experience was a great one. From the word GO, Maria Fennell was a joy to work with. When we returned from our test drive there was absolutely no pressure from her to purchase that day, which to a customer is very nice. From then until we did purchased, my husband was in email contact with Maria and always had the nicest things to say about his interactions with her. When we were ready to purchase we contacted Maria, told her our specific preferences and what we wanted to pay and she found the perfect car for us at the right price! A few days later we went in to Heyward Allen Toyota to seal the deal. It was a pleasant and quick process (as she'd had me fill out the credit application for financing earlier in the day so we wouldn't have to wait on that at the dealership). What I thought would take several hours took an hour or less. Maria is a wonderful non-salesman-like saleswoman and both my husband and I had a wonderful experience working with her. More

My complaint is about changing the RATE without telling me, but I cought it before signing the paper (from 3.99% to 4.84% I think) and he did change it to base rate 3.99% and APR 4.49% . I know the different is only arround $2.-/month but it's not the point, when you quote to customer it should be the APR anyway. I came back the next day because I had oil change scheduled for my RAV4, and I met John and told him what happened and told him too about the sticker's price is $ 299.- less than the invoice and he made it right and I ended up paid cash.
