We were looking for a new car for my wife about 6 years ago and visited your dealership and just happen to meet S. L. His courteousness, friendliness and overall enthusiasm was contagious. L. was once again just as helpful and courteous as before and found the truck I was looking for within a week of my last visit with him. He was helpful at arriving at a fair price on my Ranger trade in as well as my new Tacoma. There never seems to be any "high pressure" sales tactics, only good service and the vehicles almost sell themselves. I would like to add that one of the reasons I was interested in the Tacoma is that one of your employees, Johnny Owens, lives here in Washington and I have seen his Tacoma several times and talked to him a lot it. The overall shopping experience was great. Because of my work hours, Bill Cooper worked with my wife to locate the Tacoma that I was looking for, and that was not on your lot. I had an issue and I have gotten a response that it needs more time to resolve over a week ago. I received an email that I've been told is fraudulent but no further information in over 2 weeks. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Rav4 or a hybrid. I tried several and decided on a Camry Hybrid. I really wanted a sunroof and upgraded audio. When there wasn't one at the dealer, Bill Cooper found one at another dealer that also has navigation and a lot of other upgrades that was still within my budget. I got more than I expected and I hope to be driving this car for a long time and saving a lot of money on gas. More
