My wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from David at Heyward Allen Toyota. We purchased a Camry in 2007 and just recently purchased a 2012 4Runner in June of this year. David worked with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. He searched cars in transit, found what we wanted, and had the accessories added we wanted. Great customer service!!!! I received very good service from the Collision Center. Don Ransom and Adam May went the extra mile to provide me with a positive customer experience. During the collision service on my 2000 Volvo, Don and Adam took many steps to help insure my satisfaction. For example, Don met me at the shop on a Saturday even though the shop is closed on Saturday. Don and Adam worked closely with my insurance company to help me prevent the automobile from being classified as a total loss. The work performed by the Heyward Allen team appears to be exceptional body repair work. I am comfortable that Don and Adam will take care of any follow on service required associated with the collision repair.
