A very satisfied customer Frank was very thorough going over all the details of the Highlander I was interested in. He reviewed a checklist of all the items that were taken car Frank was very thorough going over all the details of the Highlander I was interested in. He reviewed a checklist of all the items that were taken care of before the vehicle was put on the lot to sell, as well as the car fax report. Before the test drive, Frank realized that the battery was dead and he had to charge it. He promised to have it looked at. When I made the decision to purchase the Highlander, I was informed the next day that a new battery has been installed. At no time did I feel like Frank was pressuring me into buying the vehicle. He answered all the questions I had, which were quite a few. The guy has the patience of a saint !! It was a very enjoyable buying experience. July called me in advance to review the paper work. Everything was covered and again my many questions were answered. He was extremely helpful with the financing. I think he went above and beyond getting my financing worked out.
