With the help of these 2 employees, my experience at your dealership was far beyond my expectations. James Locklin assisted me with my entire selection and purchase price of my vehicle by working with me entirely through emailing and xxu phone calls. He checked in with me on a consistent basis to make the purchase of my car become a reality. James understood very well the limited time I had in between my professional career and other obligations. He adapted to my time frame and situation and made things happen for me in a way that I never expected. Lisa Edwards took the reins once I arrived and assisted me in the orientation to my newly acquired vehicle. Lisa new my particular vehicle inside out and was able not only to demonstrate all functionality of the vehicle, but took the time to help me set up my blue tooth along with reviewing all functions with me again as I asked questions.
