Smooth buying experience David McCoy was very helpful in our search for the vehicle we wanted. Normally when you are at a dealership the sales reps are so pushy it makes it a David McCoy was very helpful in our search for the vehicle we wanted. When David and I went to look at the used Camry's, I saw the 2013 Avalon, I guess you can say first impressions mean a lot. The next thing I remember is we in the 2013 Avalon on a test drive and soon were shaking hands on a deal. David was very courteous and helpful from the beginning to the time I drove the 2013 Avalon off the Heyward Allen Toyota lot. David showed us several late-model 4Runners and then demonstrated quite convincingly that, since used ones had such high resale value (confirmed by our comparison shopping) a new 4Runner was a better value. Through our information seeking and decision making, David was open, supportive, patient and forthcoming. When we made our decision, he explained available 4Runner options and negotiated a price on a vehicle already on site.
