Joe did everything he could to make us feel welcome and took the necessary time to show us the cars we were interested in, while explaining all features and answering all our questions. When we left the dealership he went over everything again to ensure we had no other questions and were satisfied with the business arrangement. Leaving I understood how almost everything in the car worked without going to the owner's manual. Can't say enough about the service Joe gave us and I would ask for him specifically when buying another vehicle! More
