Great Customer Service I recently found a car through the USAA car buying service. I sent an email and got the ball rolling with an appointment to drive out, over an hour, t I recently found a car through the USAA car buying service. I sent an email and got the ball rolling with an appointment to drive out, over an hour, to see the vehicle. When I got there I was welcomed by David who already had the car pulled around front for me to see. He had the keys in hand and we took it for a test drive. As soon as we got back, he did not pressure me at all. He simply asked how I wanted to proceed. I informed him that I wanted to move forward and get my trade in appraised. Long story short, he helped me get the deal I wanted and I walked out of there with a new, to me, car and I didn't feel scammed. I WILL be back and hope to deal with David McCoy when I do. More
