Hateful and rude Worst service that I've ever had at a Toyota dealership ever! I've driven Toyotas for over 20 years & have never had anyone treat me with such hatred. Worst service that I've ever had at a Toyota dealership ever! I've driven Toyotas for over 20 years & have never had anyone treat me with such hatred. My parents had just had an accident & were released from the hospital. My dad is on oxygen, has lung cancer, & a fractured rib. All I needed was to leave the car, ask if they had rentals & arrange one if they had one available. In his condition I needed to get them home ASAP. We were an hour away from home. In trying to ask questions on their services, I was responded to with rolling eyes & a hateful disrespectful attitude. I've driven my last Toyota! More
