I was reluctant at first, but after negotiating back and for they made an offer that included the plan that was too good to pass up. The first week after taking the truck home the radio/nav unit died. The reality of life is that things break all the time and nothing last for ever. It was how they handled it at Hayward that mattered. The unit was covered under my extended warranty and within three days the had it back good as new. It is that kind of customer service (both in offering a useful coverage plan and fixing the problem no questions asked) that makes me recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
