Highly disappointed My ordeal started on 06/02/2018. My oil was changed on this day. I've always had nothing but high praises and recommendations for this dealership. My ordeal started on 06/02/2018. My oil was changed on this day. I've always had nothing but high praises and recommendations for this dealership. Not anymore . My faith and trust is gone. Fast foward to 06/26/18. My tire sensor light came on. I thought I picked up a nail or screw. I get home, pull in the garage and begin looking. I didn't find either. Called my son outside to help me find the cause of the sensor light being on. He said "Mama, look at this". The right front inside tire was split at the seam. Keep in mind 3 weeks prior I had my oil changed with a multi point inspection and nothing was said or checked that my tires were bad. I always follow the recommendations of getting things fixed when there's a problem with my car. I immediately called the service department and spoke to the service person that helped me. She spoke to other service personnel and they said that it was an alignment issue that caused the tire to go bad. Not a problem. Why wasn't it caught during the inspection 3 weeks prior? The damage to the tire didn't happen over a 3 week time span. She asked me to drive the car there so they could look at it. I said no because it was not safe to do so. She said can you tow it here? I said no. Not going to create a tow bill. She said can you take pictures and send them to me? I did that. Called me back and said it was an alignment issue. We agree on that much. Why wasn't it caught? She said someone in service said it could happen in a short amount of time. Not going to argue back and forth. Bottom line, I need tires. Can you order them? She told me she could but if the place where they order them from has stopped delivering for the day then it may Saturday or Tuesday before they came in. Not going to work for me. I never received a call back from her. I began calling around for tires. Called NTB and they could order them right then and have them in Friday morning. Cheaper too. I went Friday after work to have them installed. I asked a real service manager that actually works with his team how long would it take before a tire would wear that bad with an alignment issue he said at least 2 months. I asked the mechanic on my job as well and he said at least 2 months. A coworker showed the same pictures to his instructor at Athens Tech and he said at least 2 months. I called Heyward Allen and spoke to the service manager and explained what was going on he said bring the tire over and let me look at. I get there and show him the tire. First words out of his mouth was that's an alignment issue. Granted, I'm not arguing that fact. WHY WASN'T IT CAUGHT 3 WEEKS AGO? Most people don't even know what the indication light is and they will ride with it on until the next service. Most people rely on the multi point inspection and take the word of the service department that everything is ok. Why say you multi point inspect if you truly don't? The inspection stated that my tires were good. The green box was checked. The inspection also stated my tires were rotated. My tires are NEVER rotated. This could have been my mother, my aunt, my friends, and many other people that I recommend to go to Heyward Allen. I didn't want anything other than I'm sorry. We missed it. We failed. We will do better. NO. I didn't get that. What I got was "let me make a copy of your bill and see what I can do. We don't want a bad review. I'll contact you first thing Monday morning because my alignment guy isn't here" and some more lies. Monday hasn't come yet. It may not matter but you've lost a customer for life. I will no longer recommend anyone to come here for service or to even make a purchase. I'm sorry to the people that I worked with previously until now. You guys were GREAT! More

I was greeted and had all my questions answered. I was greeted within a couple minutes by a Nice clean cut gentleman. Questions were answered without hesitation, He showed me a couple of cars. Wonderful Buying Experience Again We bought a new Avalon Hybrid in 2015 from Maria Fennell and just now bought a 2018 Highlander from her. We can't say enough good things about her. It's amazing to work with a sales person who actually listens, shows you different vehicles, answers all the questions you have, patiently lets you test drive, and doesn't pressure you into anything. But when you are ready to purchase, she makes it so easy to work things out and gives you a good deal. We could tell she had a very good relationship with customers and with the new car sales management. Jeff Tallent talked with us and was so nice and accommodating that it was really an enjoyable experience. Cliff Washington handled the financing and was very thorough in explaining all the details. We were very impressed with the great team at Heyward Allen Toyota. Thanks you guys! More
