He also helped break down my payment options and helped me make the best decision as far as money down and the best term. Smooth Service; Good Deal After finding an interesting car through our credit union, my husband called Heyward Allen Toyota (2 hours away) to make an appointment to see the car After finding an interesting car through our credit union, my husband called Heyward Allen Toyota (2 hours away) to make an appointment to see the car. They connected us with Nancy, who videoed the car and sent it to us to view (or listen to for the driver) on our phone while making the drive. Once there, Nancy had the car waiting for us to peruse and then test drive. With the great condition of this practically-new used car, the price made for a good deal. Having not planned properly for the logistics of purchasing a car out of town on short notice on a Saturday, the finance guys worked with us trying to find any way to complete the paperwork and down payment in one day. Even though a second trip was necessary, Phillip prepped the paperwork to require only about 10 minutes for us to complete and then drive home. A two-hour drive and two trips were well worth the pleasant atmosphere, helpful sales person (Nancy) and finance guy (Phillip), and most importantly good deal on a great car. More
