We selected the car online and were assigned two sales professionals who answered all our questions. We had a trade-in that was also handled on-line using Heyward-Allen’s new app. We made photographs of the trade-in vehicle and answered a few questions all on their website. From that they made us an appraisal, pending their inspection of the vehicle. We set up an appointment with the sales pro, and there was no wait time when we arrived, unlike experiences we have had in the past when buying a car literally took hours of our time. The sales pro was very informed and helpful when showing us new electronic options on the car. More
