I had an appointment at 9:15am to get my oil changed. I got a call at 11:02 thinking my car was done, but it was someone asking if I had reviewed the suggested services. I told them that I never received anything regarding any suggested services. At 11:05 I received a text with the suggested services. After receiving the text I walked to the service desk and told the lady that I just needed my oil changed. She said my car would be ready shortly. 35 minutes later she called back and said that my car was ready. The upselling is getting out of control. I was there a few minutes shy of 2.5 hours for an oil change. Very unsatisfied with my experience. Been getting vehicles serviced here for years and the service is declining. More

Once again, Heyward Allen Toyota knocked it out of the park. I really made it tedious for Weldon to get just the right look for my 2024 Tundra and he truly went above and beyond to put the pieces togethe park.
