S.L. Mitchell Is The Best Salesman. Period. Heyward Toyota is a nice place to go in general. The servicemen at the Service Department are well-trained. The sales folk comport themselves, and since they have some modicum of diverse backgrounds one is likely to find a sales person that one is comfortable to speak with. I met folks from India to Europe, and from the Great Zambia, which to me goes to show that Heyward values the importance and synergy of a diverse workforce. However, S.L. Mitchell is a fine person in general. At the sales department his constant refrain when you are in doubt and frustrated is, "Whatever you want men, we can work it out. Whatever you want. Even if you need time to think about it men." S.L. is a unique salesman. He is after all an Athens, Ga., native, with family from the great musical civilization of Memphis, Tennessee. S.L. has a musical craft for selling. He does not pressure, yet he makes you feel so comfortable that you need the car. Kudos to him.
