I bought my vehicle here and have the service done here as well. No matter the person who is answering the phone or handling my service they have always been very nice and made sure I was comfortable. They as well. I was scheduled two times for a diagnostics and the service team was not able to diagnose my car that same day. I had to get the car back and go somewhere else. The dealer is also supposed to give cus service team was not able to diagnose my car that same day. I had to get the car back and go somewhere else. The dealer is also supposed to give customers rides but for the past three visits I have been told they do not have personnel available for various reasons. At this point I feel like courtesy rides is not a service they should promote or promise. I used to be pleased with the level of service, but sad to admit that the service is not up to par any longer. More
