Yeah we have it.. I had the displeasure of dealing with the staff at this dealership yesterday. I spoke to Jessica and was told that the car I was coming to look at was in fact on the property and was even called back with the price. upon arrival (a 1.5 HR drive) I was greeted by the receptionist and the General Manager. After about 10 minutes I was informed that the car was sold 2 days prior....(still on lot no sold sign all sales stickers still affixed) this was the biggest bunch of crap that I have ever heard in my life and I would caution anyone who is considering a trip to this place. More
Body shop/maintenance customer BEWARE I would tell everyone to STAY AWAY from the repair shop at this dealership! I took my Buick to them with a bad air lift system compressor. My perso I would tell everyone to STAY AWAY from the repair shop at this dealership! I took my Buick to them with a bad air lift system compressor. My personal mechanic and the dealership mechanics told me the air bags were NOT punctured or leaking, only the compressor was bad. I got the compressor changed and got it home and immediately the back end would not stay up. Had to take it back to them. Suddenly, they tell me I now have a punctured air bag on the back which had to be replaced. It was not punctured when I took it to them, it was when I got it back. Spoke to the repair liaison and the manager, both of whom gave me an unlikely story and would not take responsibility or compensate for any of the cost. A few weeks later I had to have some body work done on the Buick, at which time they found that they had ZIP TIED the air lift controllers (Which is basically what makes the back end suspension work) to the body. They had broken and in so happening, had busted one of my front struts and messed up my front end suspension. My mechanic had a fit when I showed him pictures, saying it was unsafe and was NOT like that when he sent me to the dealership. The body shop found it. I took the pictures back to the dealership and personally showed them to the manager and told him what problems had been caused. He gave me a long story about they sometimes zip tie those parts on so they don't pop off (which five mechanics from three other shops have told me is a lie-they should NEVER be zip tied in place), and that the problems I was having would not be caused by the work they did. No help, no compensation, and I caught them in at least one lie, besides what the other mechanics were telling me. So three months and several thousand dollars later, I finally have a working car again. I will now drive to another town, or even pay more to have it fixed in order to NEVER use them again. More
My review was originally a one star, due to the problems I had with this company after I purchased a Pontiac Torrent from them. It had issues from day one and I felt like I was getting the run around to ge I had with this company after I purchased a Pontiac Torrent from them. It had issues from day one and I felt like I was getting the run around to get them to fix it since it was still under warranty. After 3 months of bringing the car in to them and it still not being fixed, it was seeming that it would be less and less likely they would ever fix it at no cost to me. I began writing bad reviews on various sites describing what was going on. I also posted that review on their Facebook page. Within a week, my car was fixed. In the end, it ended up being an incredibly simple (and relatively inexpensive) fix so I am not certain why it took 3 months for them to figure it out. However, since it was finally fixed and at no cost to me, I will be going around editing my reviews. I can't say as I would recommend this place to anyone though, since it took so much time and effort on my part to get the problem solved. More
I recently decided to purchase a new truck to replace my old F-150. While I was excited about getting a new truck, I was dreading the whole buying process. Being a "Ford Man" all my life, I visited the lo old F-150. While I was excited about getting a new truck, I was dreading the whole buying process. Being a "Ford Man" all my life, I visited the local Ford dealership first and looked at the new F-150s. I wasn't particularly impressed with the vehicle so I went down the road to the local Chevy dealership to checkout the Silverado. I liked the Chevy more than the Ford but just wasn't comfortable with the salesman. I then decided to look at the GMC Sierra so I drove down to Heyward Allen where I met Salesman Michael Nelms. Wow! What a different type salesman. He didn't just try to sell me something. He was more interested in finding out what I was looking for and answering my questions. He never put down or belittled the Ford or Chevy trucks; he simply explained the features of each as compared to the GMC. We quickly discovered that Heyward Allen didn't have the particular truck that met my needs and desires but Michael quickly found the truck at another dealership, out of state, and arranged to have it brought to Heyward Allen. Michael demonstrated the GMC Sierra's features during our check-ride and answered all my questions. When we started talking about "price", I received none of the usual run-around and high pressure sales tactics I have received at other dealerships when buying a vehicle. We settled on a price I felt very comfortable with and started all the paperwork. When I met with Finance Manager Scott Cochran, I was pleased that the numbers didn't mysteriously change as they had at other dealerships. Scott was very patient and informative. He helped me run the numbers for the different financing options to determine which was best for me. He offered and explained many optional warrantees but never tried to twist my arm or use high pressure tactics. I guess what I am trying to say is simply: This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. When it is time to purchase my next vehicle, I am going to visit Michael and Scott at Heyward Allen. More

Bo and the entire team at Heyward Allen went out of their way to make the process as efficient as Allen -- a 2011 GMC Terrain and a 2011 GMC Sierra. Robin Smith focused on us, as clients, and he took the "how can I help you" attitude and approach. He comes across as low pressure, honest and supportive, He did a great job for us and because of him we "how can I help you" attitude and approach. We had a wonderful experience at Heyward Allen. Bo Sorrells made the entire experience pleasant from the first day we walked on the lot until we drove off in our new enclave.
