Horrible costumer service Bought a real nice truck from here salesman was great but I took it in over a week and a half ago for his first oil change and had the worst customer Bought a real nice truck from here salesman was great but I took it in over a week and a half ago for his first oil change and had the worst customer service I've ever had in my life there's a reason why I change my own oil and do my own maintenance I went there I have an appointment at 3:30 I didn't leave there until 515 and all I did or had was a oil change and a tire rotation the owner or part on them but this dealership brother-in-law came in with an appointment at 4 o'clock and had his vehicle looked at. An oil change and other stuff did why my truck sat on the rack for over an hour and a half with no one attending to it I had to ask the service rep why isn't anyone working on my truck when the brother-in-law came in everything stopped in my vehicle and my appointment time was before him the service manager offered me another free oil change after I was there on time for my appointment and i say there for an hour and a half. I never like people trying to smooth over something that they know was bluntly wrong and that was mine 34th experience of what I call a little bit of racism. Needless to say I miss my football practice and I got some jacked up customer service #mad all day More

So that's why I recommend this dealership. When I came back in for an 8:00 AM appointment to have a busted tail light replaced and get the car detailed about a week later, there was complete confusion in the service department. I had to wait an hour to get the loaner car that was promised even though I had told everyone I needed to go get breakfast. The receptionist kept telling salespeople there were bagels, but did anyone offer me one since I was stuck there?..It ended up taking the entire day (8 hours) to get the job done. Found out the actual repair was completed quickly, but then the car sat in the parking lot with no one moving it to get it detailed, and no one communicating with me. Finally took my car home around 5:00 PM and cleaned the windshield and inside door frames myself. So for a luxury car dealer, I would say they could take lessons from Walmart. More
