I don’t want to ever bring my truck there again. Your team at the service department told me there’s nothing they can do to correct the problem. They fix things that wasn’t broke, they replace things that shouldn’t of been replaced, also the things they said they fixed THEY DID NOT FIX!!! PLUS charged me for all that “WORK”! Your service team lied to me. Charged me $5600 for work that didn’t need to be done. I Drove away with more problems that I did when I brought my truck there. It was very disappointing to know that they sent me away with more problems than I had in the beginning. I am just shocked at the way that I was treated there and the young lady had the nerve to tell me that they gave me $300 or more worth of free work! That was a slap in my face! I’m at a service department checking all the things your team said they did and getting my truck fixed the correct way. So sad! Just to let you know I couldn’t bring my truck back if I wanted to. It’s broke down in Nebraska!!!! Thanks
