She was totally professional, and her exuberance about the desire to help me purchase the "right" vehicle for my needs was clearly of primary importance to her. As such, Whitney was always on top of what was available, pricing, amenities, and went to great lengths to help me get a monthly payment within my range. Sean, the financial advisor, was straightforward about added coverages to take or not to take. He explained each in turn, its benefits, and let me make the decision whether to add or not without undo pressure, which I truly appreciated. I had to call Whitney twice after leaving the dealership to ask quick questions about the technology on my new car. She seemed delighted to be of further help, even though she'd explained everything to me already, and offered to help me out anytime I needed clarification about any of the added features.
