We arranged to meet Karen via E mail and she took us to the car we thought we wanted, but after a few questions and a test drive, she suggested an Outback. We almost immediately noted that this was the vehicle for us. Karen gave us a great "no haggle" price that beat what Kelley Blue Book recommended and we drove off with our new vehicle a few hours later (it would have been immediately, but the vehicle wasn't yet physically on the lot. It had to be retrieved by the Heuberger team, which was done quickly and efficiently). Karen gave us straightforward info and helped us make a better decision. Can't say enough good things about her. More
