Private Response Heuberger Motors responded to this review December 07, 2015 Thanks for taking the time to write such a lengthy review. Unfortunately, after reviewing the call logs and doing some research we've found that the information you've submitted is not consistent with what you were actually told by our staff. Your car does not fall under the model years for investigation of oil consumption. We agreed to do the test anyway, but we actually diagnosed a leaking head gasket as the source of the leak. We offered to replace your head gasket which would cure your car's problems, at our cost. We understand that you're upset and have been led to believe by someone other than Heuberger that you need piston rings or a new engine but this is not true in the opinion of our technical staff. We're still willing to take care of you in the way we stated would best serve you. Beyond that, we hope that you are able to find a remedy that meets your needs.
