My purchase of a 2016 Forrester I was planning on purchasing a new Subaru from my local Subaru Dealer in Albuquerque. Talking with them on the phone made it seem like they were not I was planning on purchasing a new Subaru from my local Subaru Dealer in Albuquerque. Talking with them on the phone made it seem like they were not negotiable on their price very much. My wife suggested to go up to Heuberger Motors in Colorado Springs, CO. She read a customers feedback comments on the Albuquerque Subaru website recommending to anyone wanting to purchase a Subaru to drive up to Heuberger because it was worth it. Well I did and I got the best deal and saved THOUSANDS. Clayton Sanders was my salesman and was very helpful. I was able to call him anytime and he answered my questions quickly. I will definitely purchase my next Subaru from him. I cant strongly recommend Heuberger Motors enough. It is worth the flight or drive. Plus Colorado Springs is a very nice place to visit. More

Heuberger is great, but Doug Knoch is the best I just completed my 5th purchase with Heuberger Subaru. It is a great dealership- very fair and upfront. Got told that it would take a few extra days to process because funds were coming from out of state, fraud prevention rules blah blah blah and it ended up taking over a week for him to even fed-ex a document?After negotiating sale, I said something like the kid got a good deal on his first car huh? David responded by saying that they sold 6000 cars this week and this sale doesn't really mean much as he kept writing. We all just kinda looked at each other, sorry to bother you! While waiting for paperwork to process, i stopped by to ask again if there was a second key with the purchase and he treated me like i was a bum off the street asking him for a smoke! 2-weeks with no communication later we finally received the car. Hueberger's high volume sales they brag about equals poor customer service! More

You sell an excellent product but, instead of relying on the 'Subaru experience' you created, from our first contact, a 'Heuberger experience' that may be impossible to beat. We had previously purchased 2 other Subarus from 2 other dealers, but going forward we will be solely Heuberger customers. More
